Bidding documents axe available from Monday. 19 June 2023 at the entrance of Finance and HR building, and should be recorded and submitted m the Tender Box, which is located at the RMU Help Desk, at the Security / Entrance of the: Finance and HR Building, Ministry of Health and Social Services. Windhoek West Procurement Reference numbers should be clearly marked on top of the sealed envelope Formal enquiries.' clarifications should be addressed to the Secretary: Procurement Committee (Procurement a mhss.gov.na, and NdapwaKafidi afmhss.gov.na) and will be communicated and shared with all bidders. NB.
