Description:
The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy (MIME) invites reputable consultants, research institutions, and/or consulting companies to submit their Expression of Interest for the review and update of Namibia's Industrial Policy and Implementation strategy. The assignment aims to assess the current industrial policy framework, evaluate its effectiveness in promoting sustainable industrial growth, and recommend strategic updates aligned with Namibia's Vision 2030, National Development Plan 6 (NDP6) and emerging local, regional, continental and global economic trends. The scope includes reviewing existing policy documents, conducting stakeholder consultations, benchmarking against best practices, providing recommendations for policy reforms, and drafting a revised policy document.
