The Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Welfare (MGECW) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Namibians to serve as members of the MGECW's Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) for a three-year term. The ARC will provide independent oversight and guidance on audit activities, financial and performance management, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, risk management enhancement, internal controls systems, and governance practices. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or Information Systems Audits, with professional certifications being an advantage. Applicants must have a strong understanding of financial reporting, risk management, and corporate governance, and must be independent from the MGECW.
