The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform invites qualified investors and feedlot operators to submit Expressions of Interest for the development and operation of a commercial cattle feedlot at Farm Kehoro Sud No.160. Eligible applicants include livestock feedlot operators, agribusiness investors, agricultural investment funds, and joint ventures between Namibian and international investors. Interested entities must submit a company profile, company registration details, ownership structure, relevant experience, technical experience, evidence of financial capacity, a concept proposal outlining feedlot design, cattle procurement strategy, feed production plan, and a detailed business plan. Proposals should also indicate socio-economic contributions, including employment creation and local participation.
