Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Furniture. The requirements of the Electricity Control Board for the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 financial years arc as follows, but not limited to: Company profile with references Certified copy of the company constitutive documents and company registration certificates from BIPA Certified copy of valid certificate of good standing with the Social Security Commission (SSC) Certified copy of valid tax registration certificate Certified copy valid certificate of good landing for tender purposes Original bank confirmation letter confirming banking details Certified copy of valid affirmative action compliance certificate. or an exemption certificate from the Employment Equity Commission KINDLY NOTE THAT COMPANIES EXPECTED TO SUBMIT COMPANY PROFILES ARE THOSE THAT HAVE THE ABOVEMENTIONED GOODS/WORKS/SERVICES LISTED IN THEIR FOUNDING STATEMENT/COMPANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS. Ask for clarification at time of examination and or evaluation of company profiles. Reject any company profiles, if the above cited eligible conditions are not adhered to. Remove non-performing suppliers from the list. Applicants may be subject to additional vetting for security reasons.
