Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Vehicle Tracking Devices to Meatco. The successful bidder shall be required to provide tracking services for all Meatco vehicles. The tracking system should provide the following: 1.1.Obtain actual vehicle location 1.2. Set and establish maximum speed for the vehicle 1.3.Monitor, start and stop vehicle (engine immobilizer) 1.4. Set and establish the vehicles area of operation (Geofencing) 1.5.Obtain daily mileage report 1.6.Provide fuel usage reports including fuel consumption, fuel siphoning and refueling reports 1.7.Automatic logbook - keep a log of fuel and services expenses; kilometers driven 1.8.Route replay 1.9.Provide the vehicle speed reports 1.10 Receive and record low battery alerts 1.11 Receive and record over speeding alerts 1.12Generate reports on number of each vehicle trips, stops, mileage etc 1.13 Provide username and password to log into the website 1.14Access real time reports on mobile phone, laptops, tablets etc 1.15 Provide a system that is web based or hosted on the cloud 1.16 Create different user accounts with different rights and access 1.17Obtain alerts of fatigue driving, parking alarm; accident notification etc. 1.18Unexpected movement; harsh braking; sudden accelerations notification 1.19Device tamper notification 1.20Anti-theft vibration notification 1.21 Towing notification 1.22 Receive expiration alerts 1.23View different vehicle tracking maps.
