Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Double Hyled Ceiling Mounted Lights for Swakopmund and Walvisbay State Hospitals: Erongo Health Directorate. DOUBLE HYLED CEILING MOUNTED LIGHTS 2 Configuration: Ceiling mounted Number of Arm: Two Number of Sports: Five Rotation 360 Degrees Should have Detachable and Serializable handles Must be quick and easy to aim and focus The unit must be fitted with the handle that allows the user to easily reposition and change the lighting field Light system for each arm : Central Luminance (at 1M Distance should be 100,000 to 160, 000 Lux) Light field Diameter(at 1M Distance should of 195-330inm) Color temperature should be 4,3 50K The number of LED-s on each head should be not less than SO The unit should have a separate power supply system for each lighting head. Electrical System Service life of bulbs should be of +- 5000 hours Power Supply should be 240 VAC.SOHz Light Control System The unit must have a lighting control Knob to allow the user to turn the light ON/OFF and also adjust the intensity easily In case of power supply failure, Unit should be battery operated Documentation Operator/User/Service manuals should be included
