Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Air- Conditioners in Theatre at Opuwo District Hospital in Kunene Region Air-conditiomng in Theatre Removal of existing systems in theatre Installation of a 36000 btu under ceiling split inverter air- conditioning system Oin each theatre without dorm unit located on the other side of the adjacent corridor Labour Installation of all interconnecting piping and cabling all contained in trucking where necessary Upgrading of electrical supply to the new system Testing and Commissioning Painting Works where necessary in the theatre Submission of Quotations Quotations should be deposited in the Quotation/Bid Box located at The Ministry of Health and Social Services - Finance and Procurement building, Procurement Management Unit (Tender Office), Harvey Street, Windhoek West, not later than Friday, 19 March 2021, Time: 11H00. Opening of Quotations Quotations will be opened internally by the Ministry immediately after the closing time referred to in instruction 7 above. A record of the Quotation Opening stating the name of the bidders, the amount quoted, will be posted on the website of the Ministry and available to any bidder on request within three working days of the Opening.
