Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery and Printing of Conference Materials: Banners, Waistcoats, Mugs, Bags and Diaries 1. Conference Bags specifications: Material - Synthetic Black Inside compartments, sections for pen and business cards The following should be printed on the bags: Council of Traditional Leaders emblem centred on top of the wording “24th Annual meeting of the Council of Traditional Leaders in Namibia, 13th - 17th November 2023, Swakopmund). (as per attached sample) 170 Each 2. Banner 3mxlm (Existing banner, only changing words) Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, 24th Annual Meeting of Council of Traditional Leaders in Namibia 13th- 17th November 2023 Swakopmund, Erongo Region 1 Each 3. Safari Waistcoats with CTL Emblem (front left) printed “Council Tradional Leaders” below the Emblem. (20Small), (30Medium), (40Largc), (40X Large), (30XX Large) and (10XXX Large) Branded 170 Each 4. Travel Mugs CTL Emblem (Centered) printed below the Emblem “Council Traditional Leaders” 170 Each 5. Diaries printed “24th Annual Meeting of Council of Traditional Leaders, strictly Namibian 2024 calendar year, size A5 170 Each 6. The bidders are required to submit quotations together with the samples of the items, (for quality check) The bidders must ensure that they cater for their own transport for delivery of items/materials. Submission of Quotations Quotations should be deposited in the Quotation/Bid Box located at Is' Floor, or forwarded by fax 061-2975154;. not later than 15 September 2023 by 11hOO. Quotations by post or hand delivered should reach the Ministry by the same date and time at latest. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations received by e-mail will not be considered.
