- Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery, Alignment and Fitment Tyres for GRN 84148, GRN 84155 and GRN 84116 in Hardap Inland Aquaculture Centre. Delivery Delivery shall be 5 Working days after acceptance/issue of Purchase Order. Deviation in delivery period shall be considered if such deviation is reasonable and communicated in writing. 6.1. The following tests and inspections will be conducted on the goods at delivery: Check for any damages of the goods. Check on delivery note if all goods are delivered. Check the quality of good delivered. Sealing and Marking of Quotations Quotations should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference Number, addressed to the Public Entity with the Bidder's name and contact information at the back of the envelope. Submission of Quotations 8.1 Quotations should be deposited in the Quotation/Bid Box located at: Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Brendan Simbwaye Square, C/o Kenneth Kaunda & Goethe Street, Ground Floor, Room 003 Windhoek Not later than 20 September 2023 at lOhOO a.m. or quotations can be posted to: Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources P/Bag 13355 Windhoek
