• Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of a 20 Feet Dry Cargo Container Storeroom at Nosf Terminal in Walvisbay 1. Supply and delivery of1 X 20FT (6meter) MOBILE DRY CARGO CONTAINER as per 2. Concrete Plinth Casting x3 3. Electrical connection to the Container and installation of electrical components Specifications 1. Exterior dimensions for the container: (6.10 m x 2.44m x 2.59m) 2. 1x windows (1.2m by 0.8m): at the back. 3. 1x door 4. 1x Explosive proof light ceiling mounted, 60 W 220 V (indoor), include single lever light switch 5. It must be placed on a secure base and not directly on the floor. 6. 1x Distribution Board panel 8 way 7. 1x power skirting with 2 x single plugs (plug sockets) 8. 1x Ex‐rated extractor fan. At the front, 220 V 9. L-shape Shelve (dimensions: ) Find the drawing above 10. Interior (interior cladding) to be made(constructed with panelling) from panels 11. Floor (Aluminum or Steel Flooring) 12. Interior dimension ( see drawing) 12 13. Notice board 1.5 * 1.2 m) 14. Lockable tools (cabinet with a rack/hooks for hanging tools/equipment) hanging rack with hooks. 15. Anti- corrosive external paint (Gray) 16. Concrete Plinth Casting X 3: 400 mm width, 300 mm depth, 3000 mm length. Minimum of 20MPa grade of concrete. Any construction waste to be removed from site and available crush stone to be placed around the container area. Contractor to supply own crushed stone for concrete works. 17. Electrical Connection 1. 220 volt single phase 2. Installed DB panel input supply from existing Laboratory container placed directly alongside. Current circuit breaker rating: 40 A 3. A feeder circuit breaker for Lab container required 4. Circuit breaker amperage rating (for feeder DB and new DB) based/calculated on extraction fan, lighting and 2x 220v socket connections load expectation. 5. Feeder cable from Laboratory to new container length to be determined after final placement of container. (Estimated length: 25 m, cable type: 3 core armored, 4 mm square) 6. Cable to be placed in pvc conduit and placed in excavated trench (minimum 30 cm) below ground level. 7. All cable exit and entry points to be terminated with suitable cable/connection glands including pvc sleeving/conduit for supply cable. 8. Suitable power skirting/trunking to be installed for 2x 220 v power sockets, lighting and extraction fan connection. 9. Extraction fan to be provided with ex-rated on/off isolator placed in close proximity to fan Submission of Quotations Quotations should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the entrance foyer at NAMCOR Petroleum House, 1 Aviation Road, Windhoek, Namibia, not later than FRIDAY, 12 AUGUST 2022 @ 12H00 NAMIBIAN TIME.
