Dear Sir / Madam:We kindly request you to submit your quotation - Editing, Layout and Printing Company to Design, Finalize and Print the Draft Document: UNPRPD Communications Strategy: Strengthening Integrated Systems to Promote Access to Services for People with Disabilities, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by theform attached hereto as Annex 2. Quotations may be submitted on or before Close of Business of April 17, 2020 at procurement.na@undp.org with subject of email as UNDP/NAM/2020/002/00116334- Editing, Layout and Printing Company to Design, Finalize and Print the Draft Document. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address aboveon or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
