Description:
Quotation are invited for Renovation of House No: BM37/166 Keetmanshoop Hospital in the /Kharas Region. 1. Taking up and removing vinyl floor coverings, carpeting, etc from screened surfaces to be removed Vinyl tile, sheet vinyl or similar floor covering 125.0 m2 each 2. Taking down and removing ceilings, etc Soft board or gypsum board ceilings including cover strips and cornices 12 m2 each 3. Taking out and removing doors, windows sashes from frames, Kates, etc and prepare to receive new Burglar bars or screens exceeding 2.5m2 and not exceeding 5m2 in area from steel window or brick wall 2 each 4. Taking out and removing glass from steel, timber or aluminium windows and prepare to receive new (new glass elsewhere Glass from timber windows, doors, sidelights and fanlights 5 m2 each 5. Taking down and removing of metal water tanks 1 from tank stands | Seal all holes and roofing screws- etc in galvanised roof sheeting and leave watertight (measured on flat to affected roof area on 180 m2 each 6. Soft board ceilings Replace damaged or missing ceiling board or panel with new 12mm soft board ceiling board in repairs in isolated areas fixed to 12 m2 each 7. Repairs of gutters and downpipes Adjust and re-align eaves gutter to correct falls 20 m 8. One coat bonding liquid On internal smooth plastered walls and columns 228 m2 each 9. One coat bonding liquid On internal smooth plastered ceilings and beams 12 m2 each 10. Wall Units Wall unit type W900 size 900mm long, 600mm high and 300mm deep with two doors and shelf 2 each etc.
