Description:
Tenders are invited for Re-Engineering of the Resettlement Process for the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Section 35(1) Procurement Act, 2015. The purpose is to streamline business processes for efficient and effective delivery of services-Consulting company must have minimum two (2) years' experience in Business Process Re-engineering or related Projects The desire of the MAWLR is to hire a competent firm with key professionals that have ample experience in undertaking Business Process Reengineering services / task required. To perform the assignment, two (2) Experts with the following minimum qualifications and skills will be required: a) Expert 1: Business Process Reengineering Expert: A minimum of a postgraduate degree in economics, administration , change management and/or related areas; A minimum of 2 years experiences in Business Process Reengineering or related Project; b) Expert 2: Land Reform Expert: A minimum of a postgraduate Degree in Agriculture, Land Administration/Management, Development Studies or related fields; A minimum of 5 years experiences in Land Management or Land Administration; Interested companies should submit their company profiles, proof of Namibian registered companies, SME status and a motivation that they meet the requirements required. NB: Envelopes should be clearly marked: Expression of Interest - Provision of Consultancy Services of Business Process Reengineering. All Companies which meet requirements shall be provided with Terms of Reference (ToR) for the preparation and submission of Technical and Financial Offers.
