Quotation are invited for Provision of Upgrade of Veeam Backup and Replication Enterprises Software Submission of Quotations Quotations should be deposited in the Quotation/Bid Box /Tender Box located at the Administration Building, Ground Floor not later than 02 July 2021 at 12h00. Quotation by post or hand delivered should reach by the same date and time. Late quotations will not be accepted. Quotations received by email will not be considered. Opening of Quotations Quotations will be opened internally by the University of Namibia immediately after the closing time referred to in section 9 above. A record of the Quotation Opening stating the name of the Bidders and the amount, the presence or absence of a Bid Security/Bid Securing Declaration will be put on the website of the Public Entity and available to any bidder on request within three working days of the Opening
