Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Medical Aid Services. The Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) is a semi-autonomous State Revenue Agency to be established in terms of Section 2 of the Namibia Revenue Agency Act. 2017 (Act No. 12 of 2017). NamRA will be responsible for revenue collection, administration of tax and customs & excise laws and the provision of efficient services to taxpayers. As an independent and responsible employer, the Agency is seekingfor expressions from experienced service providers with proven track record, for competitive proposals to provide medical aid benefits, to employees of NamRA. Comprehensive outline of the cover, including pricing options; Competitive pricing with all considerations by provider: Proposal should also outline if the Service provider and pricing is inclusive of administration: If the proposal does not include administration, details of administrator and administration costs must accompany proposal separately; Proposals must outline the length of engagement and renewal periods and conditions attached thereto if any: Any other additional benefits entities wish to offer to NamRA employees. Minimum of 3 years` experience in providing the required services. Proof of necessary and mandatory legal registration as a medical aid fund, and/or administrator; Evidence of quality and qualified staff with 3-5 years` experience: Certificate of Good Standing with the Receiver of Revenue. Provision of Audited Financials for no less than 3 years to date indicating healthy position of the fund: Proof and Evidence of Auditors of the service provider:
