Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Debt Recovery and Data Collection Services to the Municipality of Grootfontein for a Period of Five (5) Years Fixed Contract. Levy N$300 (non-refundable) Additional details are provided in the Bidding Document in English (for each bid separately) and may be purchased. Bid document must be completed in full in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the bid reference number and to be deposited into the bid box on or before 26th January 2024 located at Municipality Civic Building, 499 West Street not later than 11H00. Bidding document will be available as from 13th December 2023 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. The method of payment will be either cash at the Cashier or through electronic payment: Grootfontein Municipality, First National Bank, Ace no: 62064966107, Cheque Account, Branch Code: 280173, as reference: Company name. Bidding documents to be collected from the cashier or sent via email upon proof of payment.
