- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services to Develop a Business Model, Formulate Turnaround Strategies, Develop an Integrated Strategic Business Plan and to Review the Organisational Structure for the National Housing Enterprise (NHE). The services to be performed by the Consultant under this Contract (hereinafter called the Services) are those described in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Annex I to the present Contract. The Terms of Reference shall form an integral part of this Contract.
