Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Services: Request for Proposal to provide consultancy services to Review NamPower Transmission Assets Revaluation. The objective of this assignment is to obtain the services of a consultant/s, with relevant financial, economic, engineering. electrical infrastructure costing and evaluation expertise, who will review the NamPower assets revaluation process and the NamPower revaluation documents submitted to the Regulator as part of the 2022/2023 tariff application and provide an opinion and recommendations to the Regulator regarding the submitted value, methodology and the applicable revaluation adjustments necessary between the revaluation periods.
