- Request for proposals are invited for Provide Consultancy Services for the Development of a Downstream Gas Bill and Associated Regulations for Namibia. To appoint a reputable service provider with a solid track record in gas midstream and downstream activities and legislative drafting to develop and draft a downstream Gas Bill and associated regulations for Namibia taking into consideration the provisions of the Namibia Energy Regulatory Authority Bill and developments in green hydrogen, in order to regulate the sector.
