To support this approach, we will require your company to: o Cooperate with Jhpiego and the designated logistics provider to provide required documentation (MSDS, Bill of Lading, etc.) o Coordinate with the Jhpiego logistics provider to arrange for pickups o Release materials to the Jhpiego logistics provider o Possibly provide delivery within the U.S. using your designated courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for domestic orders o Interaction with the Johns Hopkins University-s vendor registration system and registering to “Payment works”. The acquisition process that Jhpiego will be using for the listed medical items is as follows: • Orders will be placed by Jhpiego end users through the JHU system called SAP and the PO will be issued to the vendor via email. • Vendor will confirm receipt of PO and provide the ready date • Vendor will contact Jhpiego-s logistics provider 48 hours prior to the ready date to arrange pickup. • After pickup, vendor will enter respective invoice into the Jhpiego e-procurement system and coordinate with point of contact at Jhpiego to submit the invoice. • Vendor receives payment from Jhpiego once an invoice has been entered and the logistics provider confirms the order is complete and in good condition Distribution of the RFQ: May 20, 2022 Bidder Questions Due: May 27, 2022 Answers to Questions Published: May 31, 2022 Proposals Due: June 10, 2022
