- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Installation of Electric Meters at Trans-Kalahari Border Post RFA Accommodation. Cables Shall Be Manufactured in Accordance with Sans 1507, and Shall Be Constructed as Follows: - Single Core Cables / Conductors: PVC Insulated/unsheathed. - the Conductors Shall Be of High Conductivity Annealed Stranded Copper. - the Insulation Shall Be General Purpose PVC, 600V/1000V Grade. - the Bedding Shall Consist of A Continuous Impermeable Sheath of PVC Extruded to Fit the Core or Cores Closely and In the Case of Multi-Core Cables, to Fill the Interstices Between Cores. The Meters to Be Installed Are Single Phase K Wh Enery Meter .The Energy Meter Shall Be of the CBI Brand's Ecolec 300 Series with Model Number: EC320 CM. the Meter Shall Be Installed After the Accommodation Supply Circuit Breaker on The New DIN Rail as Prescribed.
