• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Electrical Maintenance Works Procurement of Maintenance Services. Closing date: 28 October 2021 Closing time: 12h00 p.m. LOT 1: GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND WORK INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  Bathtubs.  Bidets.  Channel drains.  Drinking fountains.  Hose bib (connections for water hoses)  Janitor sinks.  Kitchen sinks.  Showers  Urinals  Main Drains  Supply and replacing light bulbs and flour tubes  Fix doors, door handles and locks  Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.  Plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep LOT 2: ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE WORKS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: The Electrician must be able to:  Read blueprints or technical diagrams  Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems  Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers ANNEXURES  Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices  Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools  Electrical repairs and heating  Air conditioning system maintenance.  Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
