- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Drilling of Borehole Services in Oshikoto Region. Scaling and Marking of Quotations Quotations should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference Number, addressed to Ministry of Agriculture Water and Land Reform, 55 Robert Mugabe Avenue, Head Quarter, with the Bidders name at the back of the envelope. Submission of Quotations Quotations should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with the deposited in the Quotation/Bid Box located at 55 Robert Mugabe Avenue, not later than Tuesday 22 September 2020 at 11H 00. Quotations by post or hand delivered should reach 55 Robert Mugabe Avenue, Head Quarters, Private Bag 13343 Windhoek by the same date and time at latest. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations received by c-mail will not be considered.
