Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Public Enterprises on the Monitoring and Supervision of Commercial Public Enterprises International Procurement Competition for Consulting Services: Technical assistance to the Ministry of Public Enterprises on the monitoring and supervision of commercial public enterprises. Project executing agency: Ministry of Public Enterprises (MoPE) of the Republic of Namibia This tender for consulting services will be guided by the October 2019 version of the “Procurement Guidelines for AFD-Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries” (refer to the homepage of AFD: https://www.afd.fr/en). The Request for Expressions of Interest is open to suitably qualified and experienced, bona-fide local, regional and international consulting firms. Further information is in the “Request for Expression of Interest” document, which shall be made available electronically, free of charge, upon written request (letter on company-s letter head) to the representative of the contracting authority.
