- The consultant(s) shall be expected to deliver the following scope of services (further detailed in the Terms of Reference attached; In addition bidders to download all documents on this page as Sections 7,5,3,6 and complete as required): Analytical assessment o Ensure clear alignment of the taxonomy with Namibia-s broader national priorities by anchoring it in existing policy and regulatory frameworks, as well as ongoing sustainable finance initiatives, including the Namibia Financial Sector Transformation Strategy (NFSTS) 2025-2035, NDCs, NDP6, the National Climate Change Policy, and the National Sustainable Finance Strategy.Taxonomy design and development o Define the taxonomys objectives, scope, principles, and classification framework. Stakeholder engagement and co-creation o Design and facilitate structured stakeholder consultations with key actors across the public and private sectors, including regulators, policy makers, banking industry, non-banking industry, development finance institutions, industry associations, and development partners. Validation workshop o Present draft taxonomy document to principals of the institutions represented on the technical committee and other governance structures for formal endorsement.
