Tenders are invited for Integrated Electronic Performance Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting System (Iepmers) for Public Enterprises The consultancy encompasses the following tasks, among others: • Carry out a desk research and draft a concise Inception Report accordingly • Develop an architectural design of the system that describes the proposed structure; • Provide a logical design of the system representing the data flows, inputs and outputs • System implementation at Ministry of Public Enterprises and PE pilot sites • User manuals and process documentation • Training for system users and administrators Closing date for application is 19th January 2021 at 16H00.
