Description:
Tenders are invited for emergency supply, delivery, installation, commissioning (including training), service and maintenance of various medical equipment for various health facilities (patient monitors, icu monitors, ecg machines, endoscopy units, anaesthetic machines, diathermy machines). Bidding documents are available at the Procurement Management Unit (PMU) Help Desk at the entrance, and should be recorded and submitted in the Tender Box, which is located at the PMU Help Desk, at the Security / Entrance of the: Finance and HR Building, Ministry of Health and Social Services, Harvey Street, Windhoek West Procurement Reference numbers should be clearly marked on top of the sealed envelope. Formal enquiries/ clarifications should be addressed to the Secretary: Procurement Committee (procurement@mhss.gov.na) and will be communicated and shared with all bidders. NB: A levy of N$300.00 for each document (non-refundable) (cash) is payable in advance, at the Cashier, which is located on the Ground Floor, Windhoek Central Hospital (Cashier office hours: 08h00 - 17h00, Monday - Friday).
