- Tenders are invited for Electronic Assessment Instrument Design and Drafting of Electronic Assessment Guidelines. The strategy covers the three legs of e-Leammg delivery including infrastructure, human resource needs and strategic alignment This consultancy will complement the work done in e-Learning integration by: • Developing a comprehensive training plan on outcomes based on electronic assessment Providing training to selected staff from the NTA assessment and certification division on electronic outcome-based assessments. Developing detailed guidelines for the implementation of electronic assessments at the NTA's assessment and certification division. • Supporting the NTA assessment division to pilot the implementation of the new e-assessment guidelines at selected pnvate and public training providers. • Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures for electronic assessments
