Quotation are invited for Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical Renovation of Walvis Bay Magiistrate-s Court in Erongo Region ELECTRONIC WORKS 1.1 Access Control System 1.1.1 Disconnect remove and replace mag locks at the external doors, type: 150Kg 4 1.1.2 Disconnect remove and replace mag lock power supply unit type: 12V 10AMP. 4 1.1.3 Disconnect remove and replace mag lock brackets, type: ZXL 10mm. 4 1.1.4 Disconnect remove and replace mag lock back-up battery, type: 9V 4 1.1.5 Supply, deliver, update and repair Access Control and CCTV systems. 1 Sum 2. ELECTRICAL WORKS 2.1 Disconnect, remove and replace 5FT, 1500mm open channel fluorescent light fitting complete with lamp holder and 2 x 58W tubes. 1 2.2 Supply, deliver and install 1- level 1-way light switch flush mounted complete with cover plate, type: Metal, Schneider or MESS or similar. 1 2.3 Disconnect remove and replace 10 A day-light switch installed in a clear weatherproof bulkhead, type: NATIONAL or similar. 1 3. MECHANICAL WORKS 3.2 Air conditioning 3.2.1 Courtrooms A & B - Supply, deliver and replace existing in-ceiling 4-way cassette units, with wired remote controllers, Samsung inverter 4-way cassette range or equal, with fresh air intake kit and condensate drain pump. GREE GUD100PH/A-S 36000 BTU, CASSETTE TYPE, R410A D.C INVERTER 220V, 3.2.2 Magistrate's office 01 - Supply, deliver and replace existing split high wall air conditioning unit, with remote controller, refrigerant piping and electrical cabling complete with isolator, unit type: GREE GWH12AGC, K3DNA10 12000 BTU high wall split R410A D.C INVERTER HEAT PUMP PULAR SERIES 220V or equal. 3.3.3 Magistrate's office 02 - Supply, deliver and replace existing split high wall air conditioning unit, with remote controller, refrigerant piping and electrical cabling complete with isolator, unit type: GREE GWH12AGC, K3DNA10 12000 BTU high wall split R410A D.C INVERTER HEAT PUMP PULAR SERIES 220V or equal.
