Description:
Tenders are invited for Design, Customize, Pilot and Maintain a Digital Platform and Supporting Infrastructure for the Enhancement of Namibia's Capacity to Establish a Comprehensive Transparency Framework for Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) of Climate Actions and Reporting on NDC Implementation under the Paris Agreement. Objective of the Consultancy The objectives of this consultancy includes: To support the Ministry of Environment and National Statistics Agency in the design, develop and deployment of the digital platform and its supporting infrastructure for the National MRV. To support the transition from project-based data collection and reporting to a continuous process by creating and refining an integrated tracking system. Enable institutions to be able to easily access, share and compare data relevant for climate action. This Output shall be aligned with the developments to be made under component 3 for NDC tracking.
