- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Feasibility Study for Crop and Livestock Value Chains Development Analysis The services included under this project are developing an integrated maize-soybean-livestock value chain, fit to the local context and opportunities, in Namibia and the Implementing Agency is MAWLR. The Project Management Unit for the Namibia Agriculture Mechanisation and Seed Improvement has been tasked with the project management functions and duration for the assignment is eight (8) months. The MAWLR now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank-s “Procurement Policy of Bank Group Funded Operations 2015” which is available on the Bank-s website at http://www.afdb.org.
