Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Design and Construction Supervision for the Seed Processing Plants The services included under this assignment are (i) preparation of architectural and structural designs, site specific Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) and tender documents for construction works; (ii) provision of assistance in the procurement of the contractor following the African Development Bank Procurement Policy and supervision services during the actual construction of the seed processing plants and hand over of the 5 No completed structures. The assignment will be undertaken in three phases and the Seed Processing Plants will be constructed in five (5) strategic regions i.e. Zambezi, Kavango East, Kavango West, Oshikoto and Omusati Regions. The estimated duration for the assignment is twelve (12) calendar months and the assignment is expected to commence in April 2023
