FIXED-CHARGE ITEMS Contractual Requirements Establish Facilities on the Site : Facilities for Engineer c) Name Board (ONE SIDED) at 2m above ground Facilities for Contractor: Offices and storage sheds Living accommodation Ablution and latrine facilities Tools and equipment Water supplies, electric power and communications Dealing with under groundwater Access (Subclause 5.8) Other fixed-charge obligations Remove Engineer's and Contractor's Site establishment TIME-RELATED ITEMS Contractual Requirements Operate and maintain facilities on the Site: Facilities for Contractor for duration of construction, except where otherwise stated Offices and storage sheds Living accommodation Ablution and latrine facilities Tools and equipment Water supplies, electric power and communications Dealing with underground water SUMS STATED PROVISIONALLY BY ENGINEER For work done by the Employer or a non-nominated subcontractor.
