Tenders are invited for Bulk Infrastructure Assessment for Towns: Karibib, Okahao and Opuwo The Scope of the Assignment Includes the following: The Consultant is to Assess the Bulk Infrastructure and Systems of Five Bulk Services (1) Water Supply, 2) Sewage, 3) Electricity Supply, 4) Waste Management) and 5) Road Network under Four Demand Projections (1) Current/Immediate Demand of the Town, 2) the Short-Term Demand, 3) the Medium-Term Demand and 4) the Long-Term Demand). The Consultant is to Draft a Report that: A) Describes the Existing Bulk Infrastructure: Type, Capacity, and Condition. B) Identifies and Describes the Sufficiency of the Bulk Infrastructure, Given the Specific Demand and Given the Local and National Standards. C) Give Engineering Solutions, with Cost Estimates, that Adhere to Local and National Standards for the Current Short Comings and Challenges Identified. D) Give Engineering Solutions, with Cost Estimates, that Adhere to Local and National Standards for Infrastructure Upgrade Due to Increase in Demand as the Town-S Population Grows.
