- Quotation are invited for Air-Conditioner (including Installation). Your offer should be made on Section II: Quotation Letter (on your letterhead), with the compulsory documents listed in Schedule 3: Quotation Checklist and any other documents which you may wish to submit attached thereto. Kindly ensure that you initial every page except the signature pages. Your offer should be addressed to Ms. Martha Hawanga, Procurement Management Unit and sent to NaCCProcurement@nacc.com.na. Ms. Hawanga may be contacted on 081 294 2827 or via email to arrange for inspections at the NaCC-s premises before you submit your quotation. Your quotation should reach the NaCC on or before Wednesday, 5 April 2023 at 17:00.
