- Tenders are invited for 2nd Phase Construction of an Extension to Katima Mulilo Campus. University of Namibia. The following preliminary contract information is supplied only as guidance to prospective applicants and is under no circumstances binding at this or any other stage on either the UNAM or the eventual successful tenderer: • Phase 2 of the Extension focusses on: Accommodation facilities including: o Student accommodation comprising 25 double rooms, o Lecturer-s accommodation, comprising six two-bedroom shared accommodation in two blocks and o Six one-bedroom visiting researcher-s flats, in one block. • The contract period will be 24 months plus a defects liability period (DLP) of 12 months. Site mobilisation and builder-s holidays are allowed for in the contract period.
