- Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Situational Ano Strategic Analysis (Sustainability Ano Management Model) of Existing Rural Development Centre's (Rocs) and Those under Construction. (a) The scope of work to be covered under this contract includes the following • Reformulation and assessment of the strategic intervention, and • Operational efficiency and effectiveness of existing RDCs and the justification for the continued CAPCX and OPf X investment of new RDCs. (b) The consultant n eipected to: • Outline the proposed approach for the assignment, including a list of the proposed activities necessary to achieve the objectives • Present comments on the Terms of Reference that art important for the successful execution of activities particularly its objectives and outputs, thug demonstrating the degree of understanding of the assignment Include a proposed work plan m the approach.
