- Request for proposals are invited for Unlisted Property Investment Management Services The Request for Proposal “RFP” is issued by the GIPF. The RFP is available online on payment of N$300. Enquiries concerning payment and receipt of ToR: Business Hours are 08:00 to 16:30 (Monday to Friday) Interested parties are requested to forward all technical queries and questions with regards to the RFP to the following contact through a written request for interpretation by no later than 25 January 2021 12h00. Responses will be disseminated to all on 28 January 2021. Proposal deadline Proposals must be received by the Government Institutions Pension Fund by Friday, 19 February 2021 at 12:00.
