- Quotation are invited for Janitorial- and Gardening Services for Our Center for Disease Control & Prevention Field Office in Katima Mulilo, Namibia. Cleaning Requirement - Office - The contractor shall provide cleaning services to the CDC office in Katima Mulilo with a floor space of 50 square meters, 6 desks, 12 chairs, 1 bookshelf unit, 2 filing cabinets, 2 credenzas, 1 conference table, 2 printers, 1 shredder, 1 aluminum table, 1 microwave, 1 fridge, 1 water dispenser, 10 computer monitors. - Dusting of office furniture/lights/equipment – daily - Polish with oil the wooden furniture - weekly - Sweeping and mopping of the floors - daily - Cleaning out the trash bins and shredder machine - daily - Vacuuming/wipe the chairs and blinds with dry/wet cloth- weekly - Wash office windows/panes/sills/doors/walls - inside and outside – weekly - Wash/clean canopy awning over the office front door - weekly - Remove all marks from the floors/walls/doors/windows - daily - Clean toilets, basins, toilet seats, mirrors, taps with disinfected cleaner – daily - Removal of office refuse from site - daily Cleaning Requirement - Garden - Sweeping, raking and collecting rubble/garden refuse on walkway, parking area and the interlocks at the front of the CDC office building to include the open space area, Five (5) meter perimeter, at the side of the CDC office building - daily - Sweeping the walkway and interlock area around the garden furniture - daily - Raking and collecting all rubble/garden refuse from the courtyard area around the garden furniture - daily - Sweeping of the inside of the garage cage, collecting rubble/garden refuse and raking a Five (5) meter perimeter area - daily - Sweeping the walkway and parking area in front of the CDC office – daily - Cleaning the roof gutters from leaves and any other dirt – monthly Trimming of tree branches away from roof and shade nets - monthly - Moving of the lawn - weekly - Water lawn and pot plants - daily - Removal of garden refuse from site - daily.
